We drove up to the new house yesterday afternoon. On Monday of this week the second story was framed up, and yesterday they put the plywood up. The green coating is the wind wrap, built right in nowadays.
Noah feels peaceful around all the machines.
You probably can't make out the small toy excavator Noah has clutched in his hand.
It was cold but beautiful out. I think the floor trusses are really interesting. More new building technology.
I love thinking about the windows and sunlight we'll have in this house. Our cat and our plants will be so happy! And, oh yeah, we'll kind of like it too.
"I'm c-c-cold Mama!" Time to go.
